Our Culture
We operate as a fully-remote organisation that prioritises connection, personal learning and growth, and team bonding opportunities through innovative team projects.
We take a light hearted approach to our all-expenses-paid in-person team meet-ups. Alongside the usual business updates and team initiatives we progress a major non-work initiative, giving us space to collaborate, learn, use our collective skills and have fun together. Our current big project is Tech City’s Space Programme where we’re sending a payload into the stratosphere.
